Walked a fairly long stretch of riverbank this afternoon. There were not any large piles of trash, but I still managed to remove one bag of recyclables. I did pick up one can I regretted on the way home. It had something dead in it, probably a mouse. I did shake it out, but the smell remained. So the thirty minute ride home wasn't that pleasant.

Got a new piece of fishing gear today. People also use these for smoking and can be regularly found on the river bank.

This was a surprise. Found not one, but two of them just sitting by the river.
Someone could have made some good money on these if they hadn't dragged them down by the river.
